Kedra A. Flowers has been at the helm of tax relief services since 1996. With over 30 years of experience as a CPA and IRS Power of Attorney, she provides expert representation to taxpayers navigating complex IRS matters, tax controversies, and high-stakes compliance issues.
Client relationships, professional integrity, and measurable results are non-negotiable priorities for Kedra. She is known for going beyond surface-level solutions—delivering strategic tax advisory and tax resolution strategies that are customized, defensible, and built to stand up under scrutiny.
When Kedra isn’t advocating for clients or crafting long-term tax strategies, she enjoys spending time with her grandson and settling in with a good book. A creator by nature, she also enjoys writing poetry and the occasional well-timed joke. Her deep commitment to this work was reinforced early on when a client shared the anxiety tax season brought year after year—fueling her mission to help others find relief from tax problems and ongoing strategies to avoid them in the future.

Janet T. Harris is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning corporate accounting, financial reporting, real estate investment, and business advisory services. Armed with an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas, Janet has built a distinguished career characterized by leadership, integrity, and results-driven performance.
She currently serves as Equity Partner and Senior Accounting Manager at Flowers CPA & Business Advisory, where she oversees client accounts and drives financial process improvements and reporting accuracy. Janet also held a senior management role and previously led the accounting department at Acme Brick Company for over a decade, managing treasury functions, monthly and year-end closes, and system integrations.
Her software expertise includes JD Edwards/Oracle ERP, SAP Concur, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. She is also an active community volunteer with organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement, and Tarrant County Realtist, where she supports financial literacy and real estate education.
